Swetcha Reddy Tukkani is a Master’s student in Computer Science and Engineering at Lehigh University and a researcher under the guidance of Dr. Aparna Bharati in the SeeVi Lab. Her research interests are computer vision and machine learning, with projects including deepfake detection and remote well-being assessment using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG).

She is working on wearable devices to study correlations between sleep patterns and noise levels with the College of Health, and contributing to the Foundry Unified System for Inspection and Optimization of Networks project as the primary researcher in collaboration with Broadcom and Lehigh’s Energy Research Center. She is also gaining industry experience as an AI Automation Intern at AVS Life Sciences, where she applies large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to streamline workflows and enable innovative healthcare solutions.

Outside the lab, Swetcha enjoys dancing, playing board games, badminton, and squash.
